Eng patch with H Scene

I heard the rumor that the English patch will bypass or censored the H scene. Is it true?

It's not so much censored as non existent. The remade version of the game that the patch is for doesn't have any of the h-scenes at all.

I was wondering how to extract/decode the dialogs, in order to include the translated files of the Dakkodango version into the Special Edtion, to get a partially translated version of it.

Unless you can get some of the original staff back on the board I doubt you'd get a useful answer. :/
