Game will not start - Win7 64bit

I was able to install and patch the game successfully with no errors but when attempting to load the game, I get the following 3 error messages that are attached then the game outright shuts off. I am running the english exe file with the same result. I have also tried running the game in administrator mode, various compatibility modes. I am currently running in Japanese local as well so that should not be the problem.

im also having the same problem it would be nice if someone could tell me if im doing something wrong or not???
