I know that new scenes are introduced if you have finished the game once... but how many? Basically what I want to know is, is it worth it to play it again immediately?
Are there enough new scenes to play it normally and read through everything to keep the pacing? Or so few that I'm better off just skipping everything to see the new scenes? Or is the amount somewhere in the middle, and would I be better off waiting a year or so to re-read it so that it can be interesting again?

There's no need to re-watch those scene in subsequent replay due to the option to skip till unread text.
You may want to read the first few chapters again though, since 2nd replay change their gibberish in beginning to Japanese now.
And most of "new scene" are:
1. character route specific.
2. whether you "save" Kyouko/Kouin.
3. entering Kyouko/Tokimi route.

you get a few extra scenes if you play higher difficulties, like shun's past and tokimi's finality (tokihate) scene. You can probably do just fine without them though. You also get a bonus ending scene if you complete all the routes. It has about 1 min of value and you don't miss much even if don't see it either. It's worth playing at least twice to save kyouko and kourin on the second playthrough though. Some scenes are really funny...
overall though, I think you should just stick to clearing the girls that you like and skip everyone else. I quite regretted wasting time clearing orpha, uruka and kouko and to a lesser extent esperia as well imo... either because I didn't like them to begin with or their routes were overly predictable, but to each his own.

Can someone message me what happens in the bonus ending pleassse? I really do not want to play this game seven times, the game play just gets to annoying, even though i think the game is pretty cool, I just cant do it!
