It's a shame that nighteye has gone missing but does anyone know where a previous version of his patch is? I heard he did a few of the chapters and at least one route

It wasn't a patch, but he did a translation you could read on his journal. Unfortunately, he removed it when the translation project started. Unless someone saved it or he reappears...

Going to be? Dakkodango already finished translating EnA. It was the all ages version. The version Jast will release is all ages as well, but you should ask them about it, they ought to know more. Also, if you are looking for H-Scenes, then this is not your game. It didn't have many and they weren't too important either, except for the dark route, where you get to play as a psycopath and rape every little girl out there. The fun! Right? Or so I've heard, since there is no english translation of that version, I couldn't have played it even if I wanted to.

If you are asking about Senarukana, the translation project is for the 18+ version as there is no other. The translator's unfortunate disappearance stalls the project for now.
