Is it possible to recruit trainer Muller Sephis after Mission 19? I'm currently at Mission 22 and trying to do things I left behind. I got Quofode fine on Mission 22, and when I move to Inoyasokima, they said Muller left. But 3 turns later, I don't hear a rumor that she's at Milaido Ruins. Did I miss my chance?

A more general question would be, right now the highest I can train Yuuto/Aselia to is level 27. Is there a way to train them higher?

Each engineer can only be recruited in the one mission they appear in. If you miss it, then say goodbye to them.
And yes, without these trainers, it's impossible to train them higher until you raise the difficulty of your round (which raise the level cap)/recruit them in a later round. Though Io can max train some....elements, forgot which one though :?

I actually got Quofode (the engineer to recruit Muller) fine on a later mission, but I guess it's the trainers who you have to recruit the mission they get mentioned. Io can max Green & Black and Rowinar can max Red, so that's nice. I won't be missing much for Nelie & Selia, but It's such a pity I can't learn Aselia's Leap Attack IV.

Dunno if this is the proper place to tell this and I haven't read all the things in this thread so I don't know whether someone had already pointed this out.
The guide says Io can only be trained at super hard mode because you get it at lv 90? but I got Io on normal mode after the fourth times playing and of course it's on normal mode (cos I already got all the chara at lv 99 ). I got Io at lv 30 on normal mode so I would rather say that the guide is a little bit misguiding about Io's part saying that she can only be trained at super hard mode. Thx
Prolly I'm gonna train Io to 99 and see if there are some interesting skills from her :D

Continuation
Her promotion class is Kumasonart (lv 31), Ranarosart (lv 32), Kauto Kuminet (lv40), all with mind 51 or more.
There is no skill growth from her, what a let down but it seems that she is the only character whose resist isn't capped at 500% (she has 554%)
Full stat 99 : att 500% (capped), def 404%, resist 554%.
That's all about my report

You get her at the capped level for normal and hard mode, thus, you can only train her "normally" on Super Hard. Playing the game on Normal after getting to 99 is not really "normal" play ;) .
...Though, it's weird how she can train someone while building some building and fight enemies at the same time :?
And her stat is exactly same as non-eternal high mind Aselia

What you did usefully discover, though, was her KK level requirement. What would be really useful is if you could go back and check out Io's low-mind classes.

I have a question, I'm sorry if it's been answered before though.

So, does changing a class also affect previous stat gains from leveling? For example, would there be a difference between a character that went to KK at level 20 then leveled up to 60, and the same character that went through the usual tree and became a KK at level 60?

Not by level 61 there wouldn't. The game updates your stats every time you level up depending on your class and level.

Which incidentally, I'm assuming, makes it so that you wouldn't get your eternal stat boosts anymore once you've reached the level 99; or the cap for the difficulty...

Well by the time I get to the end of SH, Yuuto'd be maxed out and I can always rely on Halion I guess.

If I recall you get some stat boosts but not all of them. Let me be corrected.

Halion's not very good, is she? I don't recall her doing anything really better than Orpha, say.
