Aselia Bluespirit absorbs the full-power Vicissitude without dying. Actually, setting it up so she would be hit by it was quite tough, as all three of her Supporter abilities (Ether Sink V,Ice Banish IX and Silent Field II) prevent his casting it.

In super hard, can u still kill those eternal in one turn like in normal ?

Depends on what you use. When I actually tried to kill Medario seriously, it took two rounds - Orpha used Fire Enchant IV, and Aselia Ice Banisher IX. There are plenty of ways to take him out in one round. Ether Sink or Apocalypse him to stop him from being a threat, and use Kyouko's Exceed VIII, or just a strong attack like E. Yuuto's Aura Photon Blade IV or Nelie's Heaven's Sword V.

I wouldn't say that it's the same; I think that people are in general tougher. This is less true of the bosses than of enemy peons though. The bosses make heavy use of action denial to survive or % attacks to be a threat.

Tokimi's Time Leap can break bosses like Takios or (insert the name of the alien thing here) that rely too much on defense skills. Time Leap usually 1-rounds most eternals (except Shun...) if combined with a high powered attack skill...

Once you get Lv90 Kyouko Takios doesn't last a round anyway. As far as I know, though, it is only possible to one-round Shun on Tokimi route, when you have Io's start support disabling ability. Aura Photon Break deals enough -Actions to knock out Tokimi's own 16 uses of her defensive skills.

Just gotta point this out but I do believe you mean Lesteena's route. After all for Tokimi's path you get... spoiler Kaori so yeah unless there is something I don't know about you got the paths mixed up a bit there.
