One way I found on how to beat the boss without getting anybody killed is using Io's support skill to 'freeze' him and and beat the crap out of him. The only problem about this method is getting Io. She won't be available unless you aiming for Lesteena route. (and maybe Tokimi's route).Io is a substitute for an Eternal, so she won't be available in spirits' route.

speaking of Io.....sauna ftw! Anyways..Shun tactics... probably best just to have a team that's good at taking hits from his tactical nuke then once he's done switch to a hard hitting team...I'd probably suggest Halion being part of the anti-nuke team since she's best at healing, Kouin would be another good person on the team cause he's great at taking hits, and if you want to try an offence in it as well throw in Kyouko or Uruka since they have attacks with large numbers to get past or drain defence skills.

Well if you're using healing it had better be Start Support speed, or it's going to get shut down by Aura Photon Break. The absolute best healing for this purpose I've seen at that speed is Nimthor's 50% Wind Whisper.

Mr Sage can generally buy a turn, as can another Eternal with enough HP. Vanishing Halo can probably buy a turn as well.

All Etranger auras work wonders for outliving his attacks, and having Kyouko and Kouin on the party really makes that fight a lot easier .
