I think I probably did the same as you - 1x normal, 2x hard, moving onto Super Hard after that.

Lol yeah, exactly that. I did normal, hard, hard, super hard, super hard, etc etc... I'll go play normal someday just for the lulz of seeing huge numbers on the weak enemies.
