Problem: Game randomly crashes in certain cases.

Details:

Only happens if I am playing the game for longer than 1-2 hours.
Seems to happen when I:
1) Skip lines. Randomly crashes during scenes where I skip lines.
2) Battles: Sometimes, the game just wants to crash. Happens sometimes when I'm using ctrl, but also happens when I don't press ctrl.

In the scene where Gaius is talking to the Londinium Mayor (about "exterminating rats"):

Gaius:
"At the moment, I'm a servant of the emperor, after all.
For now, he'll make due as a master."

Should be:
"For now, he'll make do as a master."

After the first scene ends, at the point where Arawn first talks :
While sleeping,
I was thinking, over and over,
Unsure how much time had passed.......

Continuing until I tired from thinking and a deep sleep enveloped my consciousness.
Problem : Continuing until I tired from thinking

Sol : Continuing until tired from thinking and a deep sleep enveloped my consciousness.
Alternate Sol : Contuning until I was tired from thinking and a deep sleep enveloped my consciousness.
[Edit : I am not sure if I'm right or not on futher reflection. My first instinct was that it was being improperly used; but...]

EDIT: Also the game does seem to crash sometimes... however, so far I haven't noticed a pattern and it doesn't seem too happen often.

This is probably a bug that has to do with Leaf/Aquaplus and not you guys. But I'll post it here just in case.

Sometimes, you don't get all the reward items after clearing a map.
In the early missions , at the "Free Plains" right before you raid the harbour to liberate a ship, I got 2 or 3 items listed as reward. 2 of them were Slave's Torc. But I only got 1 Slave's Torc...ah well.

Playing on impossible difficulty in windows xp sp3. Version 1.0 english patch.
(not expecting anything here since the bug probably has nothing to do with you guys, just posting it for good order's sake)

Dont know if im missing something obvious but in the first encounter with necroms (when party is trapped in the forest), the necroms doesnt lose any health points at all for me, making them invincible. Anyone else encountered this?

edit: same thing happens if i run the untranslated .exe

EDIT by Phlebas - this is working as intended, you just need to survive a set amount of time.

edit: ok, thanks a lot!

Just like DFT said, this is probably a bug from Leaf as well...
On the first battle, if I select Arawn, and right click his sword Edrum... or even give Edrum to Arthur...
Each time I right click/take off Edrum I get an extra dull sword in its place :o

EDIT: Ah, I see Phlebas... And here I was hoping to have Arawn use the same weapon he used on Drwc :/

This seems to be a regular feature, the characters simply refuse to go around without their choice of weapon. If you don't give them one, they make one out of bones and sticks. In other words, whenever you unequip a weapon on any char - instead of giving them a new one - they automatically get a basic weapon.
Image Napolitan.... Rush!!

Hello and thanks for translating this great game! :D

I'm here to tell that there seems to be two mistranslations in your patch, I believe.
1st: The 妖精 ("Yousei" in Romanji) means Fey, not Elves.
2nd: The 精神(?) ("Seirei" in Romanji) means Spirit, not Angels.

I'm not sure if this translation was intended by you guys, but since this striked me as odd I thought I just post their true meaning here.

I imagine it would be on purpose. First to my understanding Yousei doesn't stand directly for Fey, but rather it is a word that is representative of the folk that often fall under the label of fey folk(so it could be any one). This could be fairies, elves, or other sprite like beings if memory serves. The Fey presented in this game appear to the be the Fey from Celtic or maybe Welsh Myths. The welsh word use translates to Fair Folk and the way I have commonly seen them displayed are more like our elves than our fairies(which fits with the portrayal in the game). In addition the Welsh had these peoples divided up. You had the 'elves', 'mine fairies', the 'house fairies', the 'water fairies', and the 'mountain fairies'.

Anyways elves is still a solid translation as far as I can tell. The peoples classed as such, act like elves, look like elves, etc. They do not look like modern fairies or other sprites. They don't even look like Dwarfs(Norse Mythology has Dwarfs as a kind of Fey, though it should be noted, Norse Dwarfs are like Modern dwarfs either).

As for Spirit. Remember there is more to translation than just word. There is also context. Angel at least in post-translation appears to be a solid fit. I'll have to go through imagining Spirit every time to see which fits better... but Angel appears VERY solid from what my memory shows. It is more precise and sounds like better word choice than spirit(assuming that a angel like image is the image the game was trying to portray).
