Can't Install (Desesperately)

Hi guys, I can't play this game =[ got it from 4 different places, but the installer doesn't work. I can't make the installer run from the DVD, already tried to copy it to a folder and tries to install it again, and nothing. Simply like that, nothing happens, the installer don't shows up, I've tried install it from Xuse_Inst but nothing happens too (I've trying with all japanese location and applocale). I don't know what to do anymore =/ my user acc from the computer don't have any non japanese characters. I don't have any error message too, because NOTHING HAPPEN! Help? Really appreciated.

Honestly, I won't go into where you got your game from and I don't care...

After you set the locale to Japanese, be sure to restart your PC. Nothing else comes to mind at this moment (check which version you have).

Control Panel -> Region and Language -> 4th tab (Administrative) -> Change system locale...

Set it to Japanese. That's for Windows 7. Can't remember how it goes for XP.

I got it working by copying all files from the DVD to a folder... cant install it, i'm playing it directly.
