About the Faren bug...

Hi, I am not sure if these forums are active any longer. Anyway, I read that Faren has a bug that leads her hp to totally stink near end game in hard/super hard mode. I was wondering, if I soul release her and don't allow her to get her final class, will she still have that bug? Even if she doesn't have the bug, will she be that bad in her second-to-best class?
