Inconsistancies of Plot

I've noticed a number of events ingame which appear to be self-contradictory. Now, EoA seems to be a pretty well thought out game, so I'm just wondering if I'm just missing something, or if whoever wrote this actually lost track of their own storyline....

On Aselia's route, you fight Takios and Temourin in Phantasmagoria, get teleported to Earth, fight them there, then get teleported back. All throughout, your memories of them are intact. It is stated on Tokimi's route that Eternals are forgotten once they shift dimensions.

... He also remembers Tokimi's existance when he moves back to Earth. Or is that because Yuuto is the one changing dimensions, as opposed to Tokimi?

Also on Aselia's route, you see her acting perfectly normal during the fight outside Rakios where Himika gets hurt. She was swallowed up by her sword prior to that, and has not yet recovered.

I guess this isn't an inconsistancy per se, but it's always bugged me how on Aselia's bonus mission everyone's like, we have to send berserk mode Aselia on an espionage mission. Obviously, nobody thought of the fact that Uruka would've been better suited in every way possible. She flew from Rakios to Sargios to kidnap Kaori, so it stands to reason she could do it again. I mean, I get that Yuuto and Aselia needed to be together on the mission, but at least think of a better excuse......

On Orpha's route, if you choose Shiah's scene during the intermission during the Sargios war, she mentions Orpha's name. This happens after she is wiped from everyone's memory during the bonus mission.

... And these are just the ones I can think of off the top of my head.

Also, why has nobody ever thought of capturing spirits alive? I would imagine that with everyone's "killing is a horrible, unforgivable sin that will follow me forever" attitude, someone would've wanted to try to capture a spirit instead of killing her at some point. I mean, as long as you knock her sword away it should be easy......

Putting aside the minor inconsistencies with the extra Spirit scenes, the major points have been debated quite thoroughly before, you might want to check out viewtopic.php?f=5&t=121 for instance.
