I've found a website with updates. Apparently it states that its at around 45%.

I don't see where it states 45%. Just that it's beign translated by Aroduc.

But seriously... Mod? Anyone? Any chance of information, or is the project dead or something?

You can Google for the results. Aroduc is working with JAST to translate Seinarukana, so have more faith. Shuffle fans waited for more than 8 years before Mangagamer picked it up. 3 years isn't a long time if it is eventually released.
