Problem getting Kyouko/Tokimi routes

So I'm on my third playthrough. I cleared Lesteena on the first run (laziness to build up Love points), then attempted the Kyouko/Tokimi routes on my second playthrough. Went to the walkthrough, picked every option involving a star/heart icon, saw every single sub-spirit scene, then when Mission 14 came along, I saw Uruka branching point scenes.

...Okay, maybe I'm just crazy. I defeat Kyouko's squad in Mission 14, have Yuuto's mind above 90 after the duel in Mission 16, recruit Kouin and Kyouko. I keep playing and finish Chapter 18 and I'm forced to play...Uruka's extra mission.

"Maybe this is normal since I'm not at the second branching point." So I thought. I played through the entire time and ended up with Uruka's ending. What the crap.

Saved the Clear Data, chose Normal mode once more, and got to Chapter 18 using the following choices (none of my sub-spirits died in any of my playthroughs, btw):

1. "I'll go with you!"
2. "Persuade her to confess."
3. "Myself."
4. "My name is Esperia?"
5. "I hate riquems, so..."
6. "I'm curious" <- Helion
7. Skip explanations
8. Rest in my room.
9. Go shopping in town. <- Nelie and Shiah
10. Call out to her <- Halion
11. Rest in my room
12. Investigate Nanaru <- Nanaru, obviously. With Nelie+Shiah.
13. Sorry, I'll pass today
14. I'm curious, so I'll go talk to them <- Faren/Nim
15. This is...[rukute]!
16. Esperia
17. Go to the throne room.
18. "I want to know about you, Esperia."
19. I will cooperate until the end.
20. Go and see. <- Himika
21. I have to do something myself
22. I'll head to town.
23. Well, if you say so... <- Trying to give Uruka the cold shoulder.
*Beat Kyouko's squad. And Kouin's squad for good measure.*
24. I'm not mistaken.
*Turn 10 comes around, and I see Uruka's scene. I was holding CTRL through it, so I can't say what happened in the battle with the red spirit (there was an injured Uruka CG though).
*Chapter 16 comes around. Yuuto is at 95 mind going into the duel with Kouin and at 100 mind when he lands the last hit.
25. "So, atone for it!"
26. Look for Nim.
*Finished Chapter 18.

...And I'm currently at Uruka's extra mission again. What the flying frick. Is this supposed to happen when en route for Kyouko/Tokimi, or am I somehow on the Uruka route YET AGAIN? If the latter, are there some other requirements needed to access Kyouko/Tokimi other than selecting all of the right options and being on a subsequent playthrough?

[I'm betting that you need to clear Aselia, Esperia, or Orpha to get Kyouko/Tokimi...]

No Spirit Releases in any playthrough.

Your first 3 choices should NOT be toward only one heroine (in your case, Aselia).
...Or at least, that's what I did after Uruka screw me up on my 4th playthrough (was picking all Esperia's choice).
You should also already get the scene with Tokimi pulling Finality out after Mission 2 just in case...

Huh. But those 3 choices shouldn't have any effect if I didn't build up the required Love for their routes before the first branching point, right? I made sure Yuuto was not in the same party as Aselia, Esperia, or Orpha just to be sure they didn't gain any Love points. My main goal with choosing Aselia's options at the beginning was to recover the Mind she lost from fighting in the playthrough before.

In other words:
*Aselia, Esperia, and Orpha Route conditions were not met by the first branching point.
*Lesteena Route conditions were not met. (I picked Esperia and not Lesteena during the marriage question)
*Uruka Route conditions were not met. (I picked every subspirit option, kept all subspirits alive, and recruited Kyouko/Kouin)
*Kyouko/Tokimi Routes are not available because I'm on Uruka's route for some reason.

Don't quite understand how picking certain choices but not triggering any of the first five routes force you to go down Uruka's route by default...

EDIT: And yes, Tokimi's scene about her Eternity Sword triggered on subsequent playthroughs

May 11th EDIT: Cleared Esperia's route, went with the same choices as above, and still got Uruka's scene on turn 10 in Chapter 14...

Tried again with lunarium's advice: Picked "Don't go, for my sake," "Cover for her," and "Myself," so that all three girls got a response towards them. I also chose, "No one in particular" to the Kaori's marriage question.

Chapter 14 came around and Uruka's CGs didn't appear. After conquering the Malgorians, I got a new scene where Kyouko, Kouin, and some of the sub-spirits figure out that they can't cook.

In short, it looks like that was the trick that was not mentioned anywhere in the walkthrough. Thanks, lunarium!

No problem. My guess is that it's fine as long as you got the "neutral" result for the quiz. Since you have to avoid all other flags for Kyouko/Tokimi route, Uruka will default to your route (her route has the lowest priority).
It's still by far an unconfirmed flag around here, though. So don't bet 100% on it XD.

Hmmm... I kept a save for Lesteena at the last sub-spirit choice scene. I had chosen 'Lesteena' as favorite girl to Kaori's question earlier. This time, I saw that last scene with Himika, avoided the last flag needed for Lesteena and went to see Uruka when I could (as a test).

And it didn't go for Uruka's route. Should I assume that I am now on Tokimi's/Kyouko's route?
