Have a hard time installing....

The game installer always stopped at around 20% and then it showed an error
Tried changing my locale to Japanese, but still get that "Planetarian Language Error"
Also tried dragging aseliacs.exe to Xuse_Installer.exe... same result
Help anyone?

You need to install in Japanese locale. Delete the files with garbled names from your 1st failed installation if you're trying to install to the same folder.

I did, and it the installer still came up with some Planetarian language
and it still failed at around 20%
EDIT: I'm using WinXP SP2 btw. That Vista looks is just some custom theme.

You need to do more than install Japanese locale, you need to set your computer to Japanese locale. Find region and language in control panel and change where it says unicode programs to Japanese.

Hmm... actually it's fixed after I did this a while ago. Thanks for explaining though
