Mission 14: Defend Ransa
During the 4th turn event, the choices are:
I'll look for Uruka
I'll head to town
I'll do some training!
If you pick the 2nd one, its an event with Lemuria .. now my Q is, i dont know if u guys missed it or that its suppsoed to be like that, but shouldnt it affect
*****SPOILER*******
Highlight to see
shouldnt it affect Lesteena love wise ?? like give more love points? Cause in the guide you dont mention it! As in its not in the table.
xD
Love your guide guys! Actually, love your translation!!!
=)
EDIT:
Ok, went to the beggining of the guide and checked! Saw that u guys mentioned it there! U probably avoided mentioning it in the table to avoide spoilers or that it might not have an affect there. xD xD XD

Re: Gameplay FAQ / Walkthrough 1.03
Hmm...so any character, when turned Eternal gets all new attack/defense/resist skills? or just some. They prolly do get a huge stat boost though as Aselia can tank afterward, as said,
Also another question, when the characters get eternal skills, it overwrites one of their previous skills right? and since in new game + you cannot use their eternal skills till they turn eternal again...so basically its a wasted slot? sure you can overwrite unusable eternal skill with another new skill you learn...but what if you are lvl 99 and then start a new game? you keep the eternal skills from previous game which overwrote one of your earlier skills, but since you cannot learn new skills after 99...that slot is wasted until you turn eternal again?
(Not like I'm anywhere close to new game+, but just asking
)

Upon becoming an Eternal, they generally gain 1 attack, 1 def, and 1 support skill. Their stats ARE boosted quite a bit.Meowminator wrote:Hmm...so any character, when turned Eternal gets all new attack/defense/resist skills? or just some. When level 99 characters go through eternal, it's true they cannot get rid of the eternal skill. However. The skills they have are at that point so powerful, or so useful, that you're likely going to be using them even after the eternal skill. Eternal skills also often have strange requirements, or can only be used once at a time anyway. The skills that you really want to use through the game are the ones that deal good damage and you have a good stock of them. The only reason you'd really use an Eternal skill is in a Boss fight.
For example, level 99 Esperia is able to go through Super Hard mode all the way up to mission 14 and take ZERO DAMAGE FROM HEAVENLY SWORDS simply due to having a 2400 Devotion block skill. She ALSO has a spammable attack skill that can dish out more damage than Heavenly Sword, On top of having a 100% heal, a 100% aoe heal, and a huge magic blast that rivals alot of red's as a support skill.
Level 99 Yuuto has a 1-hit-the-entire-enemy-squad support skill, a squad buff that increases ALL stats by over 30%, and a tactical nuke button. His defense rivals Esperia's, and he's on par with Aselia in pure damage.
Aselia has Heavenly Sword V, Ether Sink V, Ice Banisher IX. Her defense isn't as good as yuuto's, but she's still damn useful.
tl;dr you probably won't use eternal skills too much in the strategy part anyway so you can either forgo them or just enjoy your other two AWESOME (all caps) skills.
PM me for a table of CE addresses for all the spirits in Eien no Aselia. If you don't know what I mean, just be on your way...

Re: Gameplay FAQ / Walkthrough 1.03
ah i see.
Another question, The revive skill....if I revive a fallen troop with it, does it count as that troop's death? As in does it add to their death counter required for certain classes and story events? If yes, who should i sacrifice to get selia's final "requires certain chars to die" requirement for her kauto kuminet class.
also um......i got my nanaru to lvl 20..and her hp actually dropped from 2600 to 1500 and reduced her attack by a whole 50% too! what blasphemy is this! didnt know class up can reduce stats too o.o.
Also since the class kaito kuminet only gives a stat boost the NEXT level up.....means....i should stop all my sub spirits at lvl 29? so they can get the boost when turning 30. Does this "get the boost only at next lvl up" thing apply to the eternal classes for main spirits and etrangers too?
Hmm is it even possible to get kauto kuminet on first playthough since it shows lvl 40 or more> kauto kuminet...does that mean you need lvl 40 or more to be eligible for kauto kuminet?

Re: Gameplay FAQ / Walkthrough 1.03
It is possible to get Kauto Kuminet on the first playthrough, and you get the bonus when levelling up, be it from level 22 or level 9. There's no level requirement.
I also got Selia's KK class in my first playthrough without having any party members die.
Oops, I just passed on Heaven's Sword V, since I thought I should keep Heaven's Sword III. Oops.

Re: Gameplay FAQ / Walkthrough 1.03
Hi Thanks for this great FAQ...I hope to get the queen this time XD (something tells me it's going to be Orpha or Esperia...well didn't know that I shouldn't have put them in my chars team at that time...oh well 3rd times a....)
I found an error in the FAQ (since I'm using it atm)
Mission 14: Defend Ransa
On page 13: (after the dinner event)* Uruka doesn't get +5 mind and +1 love. It is Esperia who gets +5 mind and +5 love.
I don't know if it's a char specific but Uruka talks about how well I and Esperia fits, while Aselia nods and Orpha isn't on the table with us.
Edit: Weird....
(10th Turn: Event with Aselia) --- --- +5 +5 --- --- --- --- --- --- --- ---
(10th Turn: Event with Orpha 1) --- --- --- --- +5 +5 --- --- --- --- --- ---
(10th Turn: Event with Orpha 2) --- --- --- --- +5 --- --- --- --- --- --- ---
(10th Turn: Event with Esperia) --- --- --- --- --- --- +5 +5 --- --- --- ---
(10th Turn: Event with Uruka) --- --- --- --- --- --- --- --- +5 +5 --- ---
(10th Turn: Event with Lemuria) --- --- --- --- --- --- --- --- --- --- +5 +5
If you take into account that the lines I wrote before about the after dinner event then....it kinda makes sense though Uruka doesn't get any points. It should be said that the "event" where Esperia gets +5 mind and +5 love happens before all those events written on page 13 as soon as 10th turn starts.
Same page 13: As someone mention option: I'll head to town. makes you meet this chick: Spoiler so highlight Lemuria but you or the chick doesn't get any mind or love points...isn't that her 10th Turn Event?

Re: Gameplay FAQ / Walkthrough 1.03
Hey, sorry if this was asked before, but... If you have Yuuto in a squad with the heroines, as a defender or supporter, will they still get love points? The first version of the FAQ made it seem like he had to be an attacker, but I noticed it's been changed now...
Re: Gameplay FAQ / Walkthrough 1.03
Yes, the wording was a bit unclear so changed it. They just need to be in the same squad that does the killing.

Is it possible to defeat Ajugis on 1st playthrough?
I keep getting 2 hit game over from him

Re: Gameplay FAQ / Walkthrough 1.03
We've tried various things but I believe it's theoretically impossible, there's just plain no way to do it, no matter how close you can get
