Simply having her elemental blast makes her one of the better characters in my opinion.

In any case, while it's true that Orpha is better overall; especially in terms of a supporter, the only thing that I'm particularly worried about is the last battle with World. All the battles in Normal and Hard haven't proven to be that difficult, including the Eternals, even Temourin. Unless her Order gains a ridiculous power boost, like her support changing to a ridiculous 20~ something percent like Esperia's, that is. (Save for a particular mission 19 on my hard mode run, where I got slaughtered by the apocalypses but that's my fault for going for a SS run without bothering to properly level my characters up, but I learned my mistake this time, so I probably won't have too much trouble... probably)

Oh, Halion's the greenspirit? Sorry, yes, Halion is awesome. I got confused.

Temourin is pathetic in SH. One-round her with Kyouko or something. World is nasty though, you want someone with lots of HP (Aselia!) to be defender, and a start support speed healing spell. That or Io.

Why Io, in particular? From what I recall, Io's stats aren't great, nor is she a defender of any sort. If it's just to dish out damage, the other characters can do just as well, can't they?

Io gets a Start Support speed -Actions Support ability. Shun The Ruling Sword not doing anyting means no Aura Photon Nova violation.

Io's stats are brilliant, they're the same as Aselia's in her best high Mind class, which has the best stats in the game. 70K-odd HP, so she can actually take a beating by World. (Remember if you get APN'd you have no actions left, so even Tokimi's 16-action defensive skills can't activate and only HP matters.) She doesn't need to though as I pointed out.

Hey, I have two questions:

1) When you Sword Release Nimnthor, she gets an Earth Prayer skill with no power. Will this ever heal anything? What's the formula for skills with percentages?

2) Some Green support skills are elemental and some are not. Nimnthor's Revive and Gaia Bless are Physical; would they be more powerful as Green?

Thanks in advance.

For 1), its skillpower is 0% of the target's hp. Hooray, Nim at level 1 is bloody godly.

For 2), I'm not sure. But it's probably basemod elemental modifiers coming into effect. Or not, I don't think there's any difference really.

How skills with percentages work is (I think) that the percentage of the enemy HP is your power. So if Aselia Banishes a move from a 50K hp enemy with her 5% Ice Banisher VIII then she's basically hitting it with a 2500 power spell.

Percent-based skill power is determined by the current hp of the target when you enter the battle, thus, its power is unchanged in subsequent use in the same battle. Example is Kyouko percent-based attack (non-eternal). It will always kill an enemy in 3 hits no matter if it's a puny lv1 spirit or the almighty Shun.

Unless they have a high enough defense skill to outlast it but... As if that's likely.

In any case, is there any way to reset your main characters? It doesn't seem so, but doesn't hurt to ask...
