English Patch 1.05 intaller error

I have win 7 32 bit
When i doubleclick on the exe it says:
"the filename,directory name, or volume label syntax is incorrect"

Any clues?

Nevermind.

I had to install the game in japanese locale first, otherwise the installer wouldn't start up.
