You likely do, though I can't tell for certain without looking at the code itself. Given that the damage formula is all done in integers, they're likely avoiding floats and rounding errors are impossible to avoid in that case (and even with floats, though they're less noticable).

How do you skip class-ups? Or do you mean you never really cared about the stats at lower levels?

You go from Spirit/Austet to KK without getting the other classes by meeting the requirements before you level up sufficiently high.

What does everyone do for Heavenly Sword enemies hiding behind green or defenders? Explode was my only answer so far, but in mission 16 I have to spilt my team to go in all three directions, and while Yuuto can eat Heavenly Sword team for late afternoon tea, the other two unit can only survive one heavenly sword. Is there any other attack that targets attacker for Nelia, Uruk, or even green spirits? I attempted to use the black sword skills, but they are far from one hit kill -- since Heavenly sword only has 2 charges, one hit KO is the only way to prevent further damage.

in mission 16 i made a makeshift team with shiah as attacker, uruka as defender an halion as support. shiah always goes for the enemy attacker and urukas block will drain about half of the attackers health aswell, it is enough to kill them in the first battle most of the time (even with shiah at level 13 or so and only causing ~600 damage per leap attack), afterwards, halion can heal uruka back to almost full health, though you might need to wait for the suppoorters death in the next engagement to do it.

if your red spirits already have the inferno skill that should work aswell

The route priority is definitely not as listed in the guide. If you have high enough love & mind with Aselia, Esperia, or Orpha (I haven't actually tested Orpha, but I can confirm at least for Aselia and Esperia), you will enter their routes on turn 10 of defend Ransa regardless of whether you've seen all the sub-spirit scenes or not and kept them alive until then etc. After that its too late to enter Kyouko/Tokimi routes whether you fill the additional conditions or not. I'm not sure how you tested it, but its very easy to verify. Just make a new game and speed through normal with clear data from super hard instagibbing things with Orpha, keep Aselia in your party too as backup since her attacks hit 3 people and don't drain mind. Quick and painless, just be absolutely sure you click the right event choices.

I had a lot of grief trying to get Kyouko and Tokimi routes because it was mistakenly stated that you will not enter other routes as long as you view all sub-spirit scenes. I ended up on Esperia route even though aiming for Tokimi, so the following game I made sure to never fight with any of the other heroines and the problem was solved. The real branching looks like this: Aselia>Esperia>Orpha>Lesteena(must view her scenes - she may also require you to miss a sub-spirit scene, I never checked her) After that it branches based on whether you've seen all sub spirit scenes or not. Uruka = no, Kyouko/Tokimi = yes. Then the last branch works how you've written it already.

Anyways you seem fairly confident in the guide info so I don't blame you if you don't believe me, but just test it as I did (takes about 10-15 mins with spam ctrl and L). There have been quite a few posts about problems getting to Tokimi and Kyouko with player error (picking an incorrect scene, letting a spirit die) being the usual response, but I think it was just due to inaccuracies in the guide.

edit: Take this opportunity to thank the makers of the guide, it was a lot of unnecessary work for you and definitely helped me to enjoy the game more easily. I commend your efforts.

I had Yuuto/Esperia/Orpha for my entire Kyouko/Tokimi playthrough; and as long as you've seen every single subspirit scene it seems to throw out the love/mind stats of the heroines... Your experience may be different, but for me the order works, at the very least.

In fact, even putting Kyo/Toki on the list is rather strange, since they have a completely different activation set - They shouldn't be put on a priority list with the other heroines, but as a totally seperate route setup.
PM me for a table of CE addresses for all the spirits in Eien no Aselia. If you don't know what I mean, just be on your way...

RexRox wrote:So why is it that some of the sub-spirit class ups feel like class downs? I just had the fun experience of levelling Nanaru to 20 only for her to lose 70% attack and 1800HP in exchange for a measly 40% resist. She even increases her attack stat at a slower rate (4% per level compared to 6% prior).

SnowDream wrote:When an attack hit three times per action such as Triple sword (Act =1/battle, but hits 3 times per act), would each attack do the damage listed? For instance, if triple sword is listed as 300, would the attack in reality do 300*3=900 damage against someone with no defence?
It'll do 300*3 damage.

So if you gotta pick between a 1-hit 2700 Heaven's Sword and a 3-hit 1200 Leap Attack, it's actually better to use the leap attack. (USUALLY. There are some exceptions to this, as multipliers come in)
I think you've misunderstood his question. He's asking whether the number of hits in an attack's animation has any effect on the attack damage, which is false, not whether the number of actions has any effect. The damage formula is for each attack action, not each strike in the attack animation - if it were otherwise, then many attacks would be doing several times their original damage.
As far as I know and based on experience each hit per action is not a divided damage. Otherwise Nelie's Heaven's Sword V 2200 which hits for 4 times per action shouldn't be stronger than Aselia's Heaven's Sword V 2600 which hits for 3 time per action. Also it should be impossible for my lvl 89 Nelie to deal 26k per hit (total of 104k damage) with low basemod.

Do you have a screenshot of this 26K per hit?

Press the "print screen" button and then paste the image into Paint, save as PNG and attach it to a post.
