Gameplay FAQ/Tips
Can I get a legend of the elemental properties in the game? Some are self descriptive, but I'm confused with the more common ones.

Do you mean different items' properties or what? For what the elemental affinities do, you can refer to 1st post.Kurogane wrote:Can I get a legend of the elemental properties in the game? Some are self descriptive, but I'm confused with the more common ones.

Re: Gameplay FAQ/Tips
No... Morgan is not an archer, her class is a female soldier... It is a unique class that allow the use of both bow and sword... and yes, you can equip swords to morgan where you cannot to archers.DFT wrote:What if I train Morgan to level 10 and 20, will Hunter and Minstrel still be unlocked?cheese wrote:What are the unlockable mercenary classes?
Druid - Requires level 20 magician and level 15 priestess.
Hunter - Requires level 10 archer.
Minstrel - Requires level 20 hunter.
Paladin - Requires level 10 magician and level 10 fencer.
Seer - Requires level 15 magician and level 20 priestess.
Musician - Requires level 20 paladin and level 20 archer.
all the unlocks are required to be merc trained to specific levels. On the other hand, it is not hard to level the mercs, and it would be your advantage to go through all the unlocks with 2-3 mercs. The more job changes the mercs go through, the stronger they become and the better skills they acquire.

No, i mean a pictured list of the elemental signs of the game. Or at least a description for each of them.Phlebas wrote:Do you mean different items' properties or what? Re: Gameplay FAQ/Tips
I was wondering if those bracelets in Epona's shop do anything... I know that the description says something about other classes special abilities, but do they really work? I currently have Riannon and Ogam using Demon Bracelets... but I can't tell the difference.
Anyone know?
Anyone know?

Re: Gameplay FAQ/Tips
They do work, you need to test out some that are more noticeable... the noble bracelet is good...
toss your character 1 on 1 with a monster after you cleared the field, and get hit a few time casting heal... the damage is usually 1.5-2x more while casting a spell than just attackign with a wand... with noble bracelet, it should eliminate the extra damage while casting... (I train my healer this way alot, tossing it infront of a single monster and activate prioratize healing, then get hit for the next half hour while I go watch something else... once I come back, it is usually a few levels higher... need 3k+ rgs though... or else youll find it dead out of mp.)

Re: Gameplay FAQ/Tips
Requesting a list that show which mercenary classes gets which spells/skills at which level. I realise there's a lot of mercenary classes... But if anyone has the patience to list them all, I'd be very grateful.
Otherwise I'll be satisfied if you simply list the level numbers where they typically gain important spells for their class. Like every class gains something awesome at around level 10 and level 20, right? I'm unsure of this so I'd like to know which level numbers are the important ones.
This info can be useful if you want to powergame with multiclass mercenaries, it's good to know so you can plan ahead which classes to combine at which levels.
