Char Stat explanation plizzz?

Hey anyone know what the effect of the each status below:

WIZ
MND
MGK
RGS
WSP
different betwen HIT n' ATK
I Don't get it at all....

You can mouseover on the stats on Troops screen for explanation.
WIZ and MND are base attributes which affect various casting stats (WIZ mostly MGK).
RGS=Magic resistance and healing power
WSP=Weapon cooldown time (the higher the worse)
ATT=Attack power
HIT=Accuracy
