Starting error message pls help

When i start the application these image show up then it says it 'stop working'. Someone knows how to fix it? Greatly appreciate any help i can get

I'll go ahead and suggest the usual suspects.

1. Make sure your running the game under Japanese Locale. Not just by using something like AppLocale, but actually going into
Control Panel -> Change Display Language (Under Clock,Language and Region) -> Administrative Tab -> Change System Locale to Japanese(Japan).

2. Run the Program as Administrator

I'm having the same error and I'm in Japanese locale and I'm running it as an administrator. Anyone know what I should do?

Perhaps you weren't in Jap locale when you installed it, corrupting paths.
