I hesitate to even reply after you so blatantly seem to advertise downloading a pirated copy on the main page, but out of curiosity... do you actually even have the game, or are you just trying to run the patch by itself?

Can you give more info in that case? Attach a screenshot of the error report you get. The only thing that comes to mind of what you describe is a failed installation (or total lack of game - I'd get that if I try to just launch the patched exe without the game).
