Yea it does definitely seem like a bug, I would imagine it's supposed to do 3 hits for 8.5k for a total of 25.5k damage, but that's still only 1 action. er, I think you must mean HSIV (which does in fact suck badly); Aselia's HSV is 2 hits at 2600 power while HSIII is 2 hits at 1960 power (but HSIII does have many more uses, thus I kept it in favor of V) No I mean the physical number of hits the ability does in battle, not the actual value listed f...
