Your first 3 choices should NOT be toward only one heroine (in your case, Aselia). ...Or at least, that's what I did after Uruka screw me up on my 4th playthrough (was picking all Esperia's choice). You should also already get the scene with Tokimi pulling Finality out after Mission 2 just in case....

No Spirit Releases in any playthrough.
