I'm just wondering but where are those percentages based on? I just can't figure it out. Could somebody tell me?

If you manage to survive the photon rays, you should use Aselia's Ether Sink. The enemy won't be able to act and you'll easliy kill him. I believe Selia's Ether Sink also makes sure he won't act but I believe it starts at the divine magic phase and not the start support phase so he'll be able to att...
