You only get to use Tokimi in chapter 5 and she never gets the high eternal class. Orpha's eternal skills don't have very high mind reduction.

The rewards do scale according to rank. Otherwise, you'd take forever to get your characters to lv99, which takes over 5 million at the least (from lv1 to lv99). Esperia requires the least (I think). Better to test it on the Flame Emperor thing. If you take damage, then it does not ignore defense skills.
