You need to install in Japanese locale. Delete the files with garbled names from your 1st failed installation if you're trying to install to the same folder. I did, and it the installer still came up with some Planetarian language :( and it still failed at around 20% EDIT: I'm using WinXP SP2 btw. ...

The game installer always stopped at around 20% and then it showed an error

Tried changing my locale to Japanese, but still get that "Planetarian Language Error"

Also tried dragging aseliacs.exe to Xuse_Installer.exe... same result
