So I checked this thing out for kicks, and I came across a Light God Torc. Is it supposed to have a function? It doesn't seem to behave like any other torcs. Here I was thinking it might be a super-muffler, but it doesn't appear to give any stat bonuses upon leveling up (experimented with/without it...
