Dakkodango Translations

Dont know if im missing something obvious but in the first encounter with necroms (when party is trapped in the forest), the necroms doesnt lose any health points at all for me, making them invincible. Anyone else encountered this? edit: same thing happens if i run the untranslated .exe EDIT by Phle...
