Cheatengine has a handy quick tutorial to show you how to use it inbuilt, after you're done with it, just point cheat engine at the game, load up th .ct and then just double click a value to change it.

It's not so much censored as non existent. The remade version of the game that the patch is for doesn't have any of the h-scenes at all.

1. You can release those mana crystals for 30 mind spread between everyone in the group (i.e full group of 3 = 10 mind each, eternals = 30 mind.)
