mmm The walkthrough is a downloadable thing right? this weird thing is keeps popping out where it saids that it cant find the Eula.exe when i try to download it. Sorry if this was answered somewhere, i couldnt find it anywhere.

Sorry if this has already been solved, but I've been at my wit's end trying to figure this out. I use Vista, but I heard installing this patch allows you to play the game with it regardless.

When I install the English patch, I get this error.

...and so it begins. It still continues on as if nothing happened, so I click on "launch Eien no Aselia" after it finishes.

Of course, using Vista, if I try to actually play the game without the patch, I get the "aselics has stopped working" and then this....but that's what the patch is for, so I really don't know why I'm posting this part.

Anyway, can you help me? I think I spent my entire Computer Art class trying to get this to work.

Try doing a fresh install of the game, then rerunning the patch. Make sure you're running with admin rights.

ahhhh I give up. I tried reinstalling three times. Thanks anyway.

I'll just wait 'till I get my hands back on Windows XP.

I get similiar problem too. I installed the game then the english patch. But if I want to run the game, a message that saying "aselics has stopped working" appears.
I checked the log file, it said that it unable to load texture from texture.cpp.
Tried reinstalling several times, and failed >_<

I had a similar problem. However, this only occured after I updated with the 1.03 version. The 1.01 version works fine.

The first one no. When I tried to update it with 1.03 the screen either came up black, or told me '[program] has stopped running'.

I had a similar problem. However, this only occured after I updated with the 1.03 version. The 1.01 version works fine.

I am using Windows 7 64bit and everything works fine.

I installed the game (in japanase local and with full installation), used the English patch 1.01, played the game and finished it. Recently installed the newer patch 1.03 and the game still works fine (i made a backup of the dave.dat just incase, but it works alright).
