my OS is windows XP professional x64 edition sp2 build 3790

You'll have to run the game with applocale or Japanese locale (or possibly reinstall it with the aforementioned if your install path is full of hieroglyphs).

ohh i get it, hehe sorry noob here. im just frustrated i cant get TTT get to work.

Well if you get it then you should know what to do... you need to have your language settings onto Japanese otherwise you won't be able to play. You may need your computer OS disc.
