Hacking Tears to Tiara Fonts

Well, I was playing Tears to Tiara some time ago and I got interested and started to make a Spanish translation. Then I had a problem using some characters like "ñ, í, é, á" and others.

So I was thinking on changing the game font into something like Consolas. But my problem is that I don't know how to do that.
Could anyone tell me how can I change the font?
